How Business billing works

£3.49 per active driver per month. You only pay for drivers whose data you upload during the month.

Example: you have 20 drivers, but upload data for only 7 this month.
You pay 7 × £3.49 = £24.43.

You pay for a driver in the months you analyse them.

An agency driver who covers a fortnight in March and nothing in April appears on the March bill and not the April one. There are no driver packs or seats to buy in advance.

Charged once, however many files

If your policy is that agency drivers download their card before and after every shift, that driver is still charged once in the month their data is analysed, no matter how many files you upload.

Archive when the work ends

Archive a driver you no longer manage and they are not charged again unless their data is analysed in a later period. A driver already analysed this month stays on this month’s bill.
