More files or repeat analysis for the same driver do not add another charge that month.

Vehicles and VU analysis included at no extra cost

Business includes vehicle profiles, supported Vehicle Unit files and vehicle analysis.

Driver plan

One fixed monthly subscription for a single driver. Includes driver card analysis and personal reporting tools.

Vehicle Unit files and fleet management features are available with the Business plan.

Business plan

Pay for each driver analysed during the monthly billing period.

Each driver is charged only once per month, regardless of how many files you upload or how often their data is analysed.

Adding drivers

No driver packs or seats to purchase in advance.

A driver is added to your monthly bill when their data is first analysed.

Archiving drivers

Archive drivers you no longer manage to prevent future charges.

A driver already analysed during the current billing period remains included in that period’s bill. They will not be charged again unless reactivated or analysed in a later period.

Vehicles included

Vehicle profiles, supported Vehicle Unit files and vehicle analysis are included with the Business plan at no additional charge.

VAT and cancellation

Displayed prices include VAT.

Cancel at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

Is VAT included in the displayed prices?

Yes. VAT is included in the displayed Driver and Business prices.

How are Business drivers charged?

A driver is charged once in the month their data is analysed. More files or repeat analysis for that driver do not add another charge that month.

Are archived drivers and vehicles charged?

Vehicles and VU analysis are included at no extra cost. Archive a driver to prevent future charges; a driver already analysed remains on the current month’s bill.

Do I need a payment card for the trial?

No. The 14-day free trial does not require a payment card.

How does cancellation work?

Cancel at any time through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
