Check the last 28 days of data in your DDD file, including driving and rest time, the number of infringements and the three most serious ones. Estimated fines are shown where available. No account required, and your file is not stored.
How the free check works
Choose the file
Drop your driver card file into the box above, or select it from your phone or computer. You’ll complete a quick Cloudflare verification before the check.
Wait a few seconds
We check the data against drivers’ hours rules, usually within a few seconds. Your file is not stored.
Read the result
Your results appear directly on this page. They are not saved, and there is no link to return to them, so review them now. You can also create an account to get a full analysis of the same file.
What you see
The check covers the last 28 days of data, counted back from the final day recorded in the file.
- Driver details: name, card number, year of birth, issuing country and the period covered by the file.
- Total time spent driving, doing other work, on availability, taking breaks and resting, plus the number of days with recorded data.
- The number of confirmed and potential infringements.
- The three most serious infringements, each with a date, severity level and a short explanation.
If a fine schedule for the country that issued the card covers an infringement, we also show an estimated fine. This is not a penalty imposed during an inspection, and estimates are not available for every infringement.
What the free check does not do
The free check does not create an account, generate a PDF report or support vehicle unit (VU) files. It only covers the last 28 days of data. Each driver card can be checked for free once. If you try again with the same card, you’ll see the date of the first check.
Create an account to access the full report, all infringements, the action plan and the inspection pack. The first 14 days are free, with no payment card required.
Where the .DDD file comes from
A .DDD file contains data downloaded from a driver card. You can download it yourself using the TachoAssist Card Reader app and a USB card reader on Windows or Android. Experimental Bluetooth downloading (beta) is also available on Android. Your transport company downloads your card data at least every 28 days and must provide a copy on request.
Accepted: .ddd, .tgd, .c1b, .esm and other driver card downloads, up to 3 MB.
